Welcome to Student Services & International Relations! Our team is dedicated to providing a wealth of one-to-one advising & drop-in appointments for a variety of academic and non-academic student inquiries.
We welcome you to join us with your questions about courses, enrolment, specializations, and your academic success! Either attend virtual drop-in advising, or book an appointment on the calendar below!

Option 1: One-on-One Appointment
Please scroll down and complete the Appointment Info section and the Personal Details section below.
You will be able to select your appointment date, time, and the location, based on the availability of that time.
NB: The “In Person” option refers to the days when the Advisor will be physically present in the office. If these dates fit your schedule but you prefer a virtual appointment, you may choose the In Person option and select “zoom” under Format.
Once you’ve completed both sections, please click Submit.
You will receive an automated confirmation e-mail once you book your appointment. If you have opted for a Zoom meeting, your dedicated Advisor will provide the details to you within 24 hours of your appointment.
Note: Appointments can only be booked 3 weeks in advance.
Option 2: Virtual Drop-in (Zoom)
We currently offer two (2) Virtual Drop-in Sessions each week, on Tuesdays

Option 3: In-Person Drop-in
We currently offer two (2) In-Person Drop-in Sessions each week, on Wednesdays
To attend the In-Person Drop-in Sessions, please visit the Student Services & International Relations Office (W263 – Schulich School of Business, Keele Campus) on the following days and times:
- Wednesdays, from 1:00PM-3:30PM EST
Each visiting student will be attended to on a first-come, first-serve basis.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADVISING
International students can book a one-on-one appointment with our International Student Support Specialist for immigration inquiries, travel and transition to Canada, or other international student concerns.
You can also attend the online Q&A Drop-In Sessions for International Students.
