Our team is dedicated to providing a wealth of one-to-one advising & drop-in appointments for a variety of academic and non-academic student inquiries.
We welcome you to join us with your questions about courses, enrolment, specializations, and your academic success! Either attend virtual drop-in advising, or book an appointment on the calendar below!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
If “Location” is set to “In person”, you can choose to have your appointment in-person, via phone or via Zoom. If “Location” is set to “Virtual/online”, you can choose to have your appointment via phone or Zoom.
ACADEMIC STUDENT ADVISING
Option 1: One-on-One Appointment (30 minutes for complex, larger inquires)
- Please scroll down and complete the Appointment Info section and the Personal Details section below. You will be able to select your appointment date, time, and the location, based on the availability of that time.
- Once you’ve completed both sections, please click Submit.
- You will receive an automated confirmation e-mail once you book your appointment. If you have opted for a Zoom meeting, your dedicated Advisor will provide the details to you within 24 hours of your appointment.
- Note: Appointments can only be booked 3 weeks in advance.
Option 2: Virtual Drop-in (Zoom) (10-15 minutes for simple/quick answers)
Our weekly Virtual Drop-in Session take place on:

Students are taken one at a time from a virtual waiting room. Each visiting student will be attended to on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Option 3: In-Person Drop-in (10-15 minutes for simple/quick answers)
Tuesdays: 1pm to 3pm (Cancelled)
To attend the In-Person Drop-in Sessions, please visit the Student Services & International Relations Office (W263 – Schulich School of Business, Keele Campus)
Each visiting student will be attended to on a first-come, first-serve basis.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADVISING
International students can book a one-on-one appointment with our International Student Support Specialist for immigration inquiries, travel and transition to Canada, or other international student concerns.
